SERVICE

By accessing or playing Brick Bounce ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

The Game is provided by PigaTech SoftCompany ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your use of the Game, including all features, leaderboards, and community features.

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

2.3 Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards
• Share accounts or allow others to access your account
• Use another user's account without permission
• Create accounts using automated methods

2.4 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

3.1 Fair Play

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using cheats, automation software (bots), or mods
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for advantage
• Manipulating game mechanics to artificially inflate scores
• Using third-party software to interfere with gameplay

3.2 Score Validity

We reserve the right to:

• Validate scores using automated systems
• Remove invalid or suspicious scores from leaderboards
• Investigate unusual gameplay patterns
• Reset scores obtained through exploits

4.1 In-Game Currency

Brick Bounce may include virtual currency and items. These have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

4.2 Purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Virtual items may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4.3 Currency Expiration

Virtual currency does not expire. However, if your account is terminated for violations, all virtual currency will be forfeited.

5.1 Leaderboard Rules

• All scores are monitored for validity
• Country flags must represent your actual location
• Player names must be appropriate (see Code of Conduct)
• We reserve the right to remove any entry without notice

5.2 Score Disputes

If you believe your score was incorrectly removed, contact support within 7 days with evidence of legitimate gameplay.

5.3 Prizes

Any contests or tournaments may have additional rules. Winners may be required to verify identity before receiving prizes.

Your privacy is important. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6.1 Data We Collect

• Gameplay statistics (scores, bricks broken, play time)
• Account information (username, email, country)
• Device information for performance optimization

6.2 Data Usage

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the Game
• Maintain leaderboards and rankings
• Detect and prevent cheating
• Communicate important updates

Users must not engage in:

• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Impersonation of others or false representation
• Spamming or disruptive behavior
• Inappropriate usernames (profanity, offensive content)
• Sharing personal information of others

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without warning.

8.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Game at any time. Account deletion is available in settings.

8.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Cheating or exploiting
• Illegal activities
• Extended inactivity (2+ years)

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions of other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Material changes will be notified via:

• Email (if you have an account)
• In-game notification
• Website announcement

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
